Yes, but we require our customers to speak with our admin staff on FB or IG (@thelachrymecavite)(https://www.facebook.com/thelachrymecavite) first to verify the availability. We also charge ₱150 as rush order fee for same day orders submitted.
For self pick-up or self-booking, you may arrange your own courier.
For Lachryme Booking via third-party courier, please message us on our social media channels (@thelachrymecavite).
We also use LBC. Your bill does not include the final shipping cost yet. Once order is picked up by the courier, we will be sending the shipping fee with the LBC's Official Receipt via email or FB/IG handle provided.
Sure! Only if there's a specific person to receive the order or if it can be left in a reception area. This helps us comply with the third-party courier's policy and ensures no waiting time for the rider.
Absolutely! You can select your preferred delivery date. Simply enter your preferred date before submitting your order form.
Please note, some dates may be unavailable if we're at full capacity or the HQ is closed.
• For Cavite / Metro Manila and nearby cities, we deliver through trusted third-party couriers like Lalamove or Grab.
• Please note, shipping costs are covered by the customer and vary based on the courier’s rates. Message us directly to check the rates.
Yes, we do accept same-day order from 10AM onwards although availability may vary depending on our daily queue. Please send us a message on facebook or instagram so we can assist you further.
Yes! For provincial deliveries, we use LBC to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.
Please note, we have no control over third-party couriers, so any damages or issues during delivery are beyond our control.
However, our team will do everything possible to ensure the safety of the packaging by adding marks and notes for the couriers.
For successful orders placed before 10 PM, your order can be added as early as of the next day or you may choose your preferred scheduled date by filling out the form.
Note: For customized bouquets and money blooms, kindly message us on Facebook or Instagram to confirm the lead time of your order which may take 2-3 business days.
Once your order is placed, our team will promptly send a photo/link where you can track the progress of the delivery.
Not necessarily, as long as someone is available to receive the flowers upon delivery.
Please keep your lines open to ensure the rider can contact you.
If no one is available to receive the flowers, the rider will return them to our HQ for safekeeping. You will be responsible for both the return and re-delivery fees.
We accept Gcash, Maya, Grabpay, BPI Direct and 7-11.
Yes, we protect our customer's privacy. Just put on the 'Special Instructions' on the checkout section, 'Do not disclose sender'.
